How long does shipping take for complete bicycles?
Complete bicycles are professionally packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a toolkit and a detailed guide with every order.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we provide virtual sizing consultations to help you choose the right frame. For in-person precision fitting, please visit our flagship Dunbar & Corsa studio.
What kind of warranty comes with a new frame?
All Dunbar & Corsa frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
